WEEK 4 - Got a bit busy with the Holiday and forgot a week of weigh-in. Nonetheless I ate good for Thanksgiving but hit the gym EVEN HARDER to keep my body a fat burning fire place! Stay encouraged-Stay consistent- Stay motivated and remember CHANGE COMES AFTER YOU'VE CHANGED!
