We had what we thought was a nice steel vintage high-mount front fender for our XS650 project, but after media blasting we found some rust pits had eaten all the way through. Couldn't find a suitable replacement we liked, so we went ahead and made a nice reproduction out of fiberglass. Just pulled this out of the mold this morning.
