What an incredible day to be out living life on 2 wheels!!
The “REAL BOSS” was putting in some quality miles prepping for her 2nd half Ironman next month..this Mother of 8 with an unmatched drive to succeed, cannot be stopped. Following the carefully crafted training plans from at has Rene ready to smash her goals next month.
Rene’ shows us time and time again… we can always do more…you can always reach just a bit higher…stretch just that much more(I mean in your goals..not belly skin😜)…and it is definitely never too late to change…and get back to your badass ways!!
