Magic Chef Mansion

The Magic Chef Mansion will be open Saturday August 2, 2025 from 2 - 5 pm for self guided tours.
We are located at 3400 Russell St. Louis, MO 63104.
This mansion was designed by architect Ernst Janssen for Charles Stockstrom - who was the founder of the Magic Chef Stove Company.
It was built in 1908 for $49,500, took about 1 year to complete and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
This private residence is furnished in period antiques, original lighting and working vintage appliances.
The basement features the original bowling alley and a saloon.
Adults $20, kids 6-12 $10 and kids under 6 are free.
Tickets are sold at the front door day of tour - credit cards or cash.

It was built in 1908 for $49,500.00. This home is furnished in period antiques, original lighting and working vintage appliances. The basement houses the bowling alley and saloon. We even have geo thermal powered air conditioning!
Adults $20.00, kids 6-12 $10.00 and kids under 6 are free.
