Right before I hit the stage!

Both me and my momma were fighting our own personal battles that day.

Earlier, I had just found out my deal was pretty much over. So I was hurt, confused and just trying to process it all while also celebrating my accomplishment.

But even with everything she was dealing with
she looked at me and said,
“It’s showtime baby!”

That was her moxie.
And in that moment, it became mine.

So I pulled it together, said a silent prayer, and hit the stage.

5 years today since you been gone😇💔

But your moxie still lives in me.
Every time life gets heavy
