One of my credit cards got skimmed. I don't use this card for shopping but I do carry it will me which is why I know it got skimmed.
This person charged $428 at Walmart (Smokey Point), bought lunch and filled their gas tank for $120. Went online to some anime toy store, spent $278 and tried to make a purchase at a music store in Seattle for $758 that triggered an alert with my CC company, all on Halloween while I was in Texas!
I'm posting this because, as we get closer to the holiday season's, these skimmers will be out in full force, so please protect yourselves.
I have since purchased protective liners for all my cards, drivers license too, cuz you never know. This will happen anywhere!
