Teachers from New Orleans Charter Science and Mathematics High School explore and discuss the importance of mathematical modeling in the learning process with Staffas Broussard, SIAP Professional Development Consultant and Team Member.
Similarly, in the background, Benjamin Franklin Elementary Mathematics and Science School teachers from grades 3-8 work with Jessie Cooper-Gibbs, SIAP Professional Development Director, on applying mathematical modeling to their curricula.
