From Hotel to Home: The Rise of Resort-Style Living in Multifamily
Today’s residents aren’t just looking for a place to live—they’re looking for an experience. Inspired by the luxury of high-end hotels, multifamily communities are elevating everyday living with concierge services, valet parking, housekeeping options, and rooftop retreats complete with pools and cabanas. 🌴✨
We’ve embraced this hospitality-forward mindset in several of our recent projects, including our Old Town Scottsdale project in collaboration with Wood Partners (Project Management and Development) and Nelson Partners Architects. Designed with premium service in mind, the property blends comfort and convenience in a way that feels effortlessly indulgent.
You can already see this trend in action at properties like The Bergen Luxury Residences in Phoenix, AZ, where luxury level services bring hotel-level comfort to everyday life.
As the lines blur between hospitality and home, we’re excited to keep designing for the modern resident—one luxury detail at a time.

Behind the Design 🧠✨
Before it’s built, we build it digitally!
Here’s a sneak peek at our design process for Cottonfields Clubhouse—a modern industrial farmhouse-style restaurant coming to a Phoenix golf course. With a golf simulator, pro shop, and banquet space, there’s a lot to imagine… and that’s where 3D modeling comes in.
Using tools like SketchUp, we create everything from a “white box” layout to fully styled renderings—helping clients see the vision before it’s real. Every digital detail helps us source finishes and fine-tune the space.
Do you think 3D models help you visualize design?

Could Blockchain Shape the Future of Interior Design? 🧩🏨🏡
From hand-drawn blueprints to AutoCAD, design has always evolved with technological advancements. Now, we're exploring how Blockchain could impact our industry.
👏🏼Pros:
•Protect intellectual property — Our designs, authenticated. Guaranteed from our studio to your project.
•Smarter spaces — Smart contracts + sensors = optimized performance + mindful sourcing.
•Procurement — track furniture + materials with transparency.
💭Considerations:
•No tech is hack-proof. Security is strong, but not infallible
•Some Blockchain systems may slow down with heavy use.
•Blockchain’s complexity could hinder the transition from our current processes.
We're not there yet — but could Blockchain be the next big thing in design? How do you think Blockchain will affect the industry?📲🧱
