Tonight

So in preparation for this weekend and hopefully playing my first show in 17 years I've been looking back at the name earworm and Osgood and what it meant to me. I started the project with Ryan Moran formerly of the guts and orwax and it was meant to be the next Simon and Garfunkel the next everly Brothers the next Crosby stills Nash and out of that we came up with a record of a few songs that he worked on and a few that I worked on and it was earworm and I was good I don't have it available currently I will probably reopen it up on YouTube again a lot of the songs that I did use were used for the career su***de box set from 2022 to 2023. But the material that I wrote afterwards that was supposed to be for the next earworm and Osgood disc became captive heart and that was a real switch and kind of move on to more of that style lot more guitars lot more singing and I really wish that Ryan was involved in that because it was all set and ready for his special touch to go on there you know put the Vaseline on the lens and let's make a f****** things float in the air. But it never happened and because it never happened I released myself and I'm really proud of that CD but now this weekend I'm going back out with a different guitar player and with many oz doing percussions hopefully this is a good reason to come out and spend your hard earned money taking care of people that do things to take care of other people they raise money for fires they raise money for people who are sick they raise money for people who are dying or dead already and they need help with the burial costs crazy stuff like that if I ever carried an amp for you if I ever supported your band or bought your CD of your band that's no longer together well that was a good time for you guys to show your support and help support a very very good cause that is all.
