Justice in tarot is not just about fairness.

It’s about truth, accountability, and clarity.

Once we realize our voice has power (the lesson of the Magician), the next step is learning how to use that power with integrity.

Justice asks us to consider:

Are we being honest?
Are we speaking clearly?
Are we willing to take responsibility for the impact of our words?
Are we being factual and objective?

This archetype invites a deeper relationship with truth, not just speaking it, but standing by it.

In “Truth Is In The Air”, we’ll explore how Justice shows up in our communication and decision-making.

If you were born between 1982–1984, you’re moving through your Uranus opposition right now.

Uranus is currently activating Gate 20, which in Quantum Human Design carries the theme of preparedness. The irony? You can’t actually prepare for what Uranus is about to shake up. What you can do is cultivate the kind of inner readiness that lets you meet whatever arrives with presence and adaptability.

Uranus oppositions tend to bring sudden shifts, awakenings, and moments where life asks you to live more honestly and in the present moment.

If you’re in this window, I’m curious…

What has been coming up for you lately as you move through your Uranus opposition? Share in the comments.

If you host workshops, retreats, or community gatherings (or you’ve been dreaming about creating them) this event might be for you.

The Event Alchemy Dinner is an evening for facilitators and event hosts to connect, exchange ideas, and enjoy a beautiful meal together at Skaneateles Fields.

These kinds of gatherings are always interesting because you never know who you’ll end up sitting next to or what ideas might start to spark in conversation.

I’ll be there Wednesday night and would love to see some familiar faces.

If you grew up in an environment where your voice was criticized, dismissed, or rewritten, you may have learned something very specific about expression.

You learned to be careful.

Careful about how directly you speak.
Careful about how much space your words take up.
Careful about whether what you are saying might upset someone.

For many daughters of narcissistic mothers, this pattern begins early.

You may have learned to read the emotional climate of the room before speaking.
To soften your opinions.
To question your own perception.

At the time, that adaptation made sense. It helped you navigate a complicated environment.

But those same patterns often follow women into adulthood, including into the way they show up in their work.

I see this all the time with entrepreneurs, coaches, creatives, and healers who deeply care about what they offer but still feel hesitation when it comes to speaking about it.

They second guess themselves.
They soften their message.
They wait for the right moment.

It can look like a visibility problem or a marketing problem, but very often the roots go much deeper.

Reclaiming your authentic voice begins with understanding how your voice actually works and what shaped it in the first place.

If this resonates with you, I created a free Human Design mini report called Finding Your Authentic Voice.

For a lot of women, speaking their truth isn’t just about communication.
It’s about history.

The moment in childhood when saying the wrong thing brought criticism.
The times your emotions were called “too much.”
The subtle signals that it was safer to soften, edit, or stay quiet.

Over time, many of us learned to shape our voices around what felt safest in the room we were in.
And the tricky thing is… those patterns can stay with us long after the environment that created them is gone.

This is where I love bringing Human Design into voice work.

Because your voice isn’t random.
Your timing, your energy and the way expression moves through your system actually follow a pattern.

Some people are designed to speak spontaneously.
Some people need the right moment or invitation.
Some people process internally before words arrive.

When we understand those mechanics, something inside us can let go and soften.

Instead of trying to force ourselves to communicate the “right” way, we begin to understand how our voice naturally works.

This is the work we’ll be exploring inside Designed to Speak throughout the month of March inside the Elevate Community.

Instead of a one-day workshop, we’ll move through the process slowly over four live calls with time to reflect and integrate in between.
Our first call is Tuesday at 7:30pm.
If your voice has been asking for a little more space lately, I’d love to explore this with you.
