You Need Protection!

Witches brew intoxicating potions for everything from love, rejuvenation, money, and protection, to power and vengeance. One only need access to potent ingredients to conjure up these extraordinary medicines.

One of our favorite potions is for power and protection! Here is what you need:

1 pot or cauldron
1 16 oz bottle of spring water
1 tsp agrimony
1 tsp basil
1 tsp blue vervain
1 tsp clove
1 tsp elderberry
1 tsp spearmint
1 tsp white oak
1 tsp woodruff
1 tsp wormwood
A splash of Witches' Art Potion
A splash of Curse Breaker Potion
Half a bottle of Flying Oil
Access to a heat source or fire
2 glass jars or bottles with metal caps or lids
4 oz high proof grain alcohol such as Everclear
3 black chime candles

Bring the water to a boil and add the herbs. Steep for 9 minutes then add the potions and oil and remove from heat. Strain the herbs and add them to a jar or bottle along with another splash of each potion, the remainder of the Flying Oil (try to get all the herbs out of the bottle as well), and 2 oz of the alcohol. This will become a Witch Bottle hidden for a ward.

The liquid potion is added to the other jar or bottle along with another splash of each potion and the remaining 2 ounces of alcohol. To use it, add a tablespoon to your room spray, mop water, bath or shower gel, shampoo, or use as a body splash to become engulfed in your Witch Flame!
