I’m such a proud mama bear watching the little artist come alive inside of Haley. Her creativity is growing each day, and she is SO proud of the drawings she brings home from school everyday.

We can’t wait to see where she takes it ❤️ Even if it’s just for fun.

🎀🎀 Happy National Daughters Day. How blessed am I to have not one, but TWO, beautiful, sweet, funny, kind and brilliant little girls.

These two are the best thing I’ve ever done and the best gift I’ve ever been given. They’ve tested me and shown me how strong I can be, and yet how weak I can be when confronted with their little hugs or sad eyes.

To my best friends, I love you all the way to the moon and back again. 🌙🔄

🚲 Making space for self care.

It doesn’t have to be “perfect” to start. Whether you want to get back to painting or meditating or reading, don’t want for things to be perfect to start.

I create a workout space in a corner of my children’s playroom. Sometimes I’m tripping over dress up clothes or play food, and that’s ok.

I’m admittedly a bit of a perfectionist and I can get so hung up on the details and wanting everything to be “just-so” but then I’d never get to the self-care part.

Find whatever it is that refills your cup and just start, in any space you can make for yourself, and the rest will follow. What does that look like for you? Or what’s holding you back? Let’s help each other!!
