SimplerBuilt just finished up a fun and fast fit-out for Addie B's Boutique in the Fresh Market shopping center. Lots of super cool kids clothes and gifts. Go see Sarah and support a new locally founded and operated business here in Tallahassee!

Sarah selected ALL of the finishes and layouts for this project and It all looks so good. She had the little playhouse in the back made to round out the decor.

Here is a little razzle-dazzle that we completed on a two-story commercial building on Duval St. in downtown with NAI TALCOR.

The building had some wall damage and old windows. We tore down the non-structural masonry walls, rebuilt with reinforcing steel, new storefront windows, new EIFS system on exterior, and then paint.

The before/after is remarkable. It turned out super nice.

We wanted to share a few pics from a recently completed job in downtown . The project consisted of layout changes, new construction, and a full renovation of the existing space on a 14th floor downtown with unobstructed Capitol views!

Our team worked closely with the Shumaker stakeholders to provide them with a new, fresh space for their firm (special shout out to Todd).

We recently completed renovations and finishes upgrades to the Florida Association of Court Clerks two story office building on Maclay Blvd. A few new offices, modern glass walls, new paint and flooring, wood trim, entry doors, new reception area, and many other small detail touches to modernize their space.

We completed the work with some employees in the building and coordinated the remainder to minimize impacts to staff. We utilized zero VOC paint and adhesives on all jobs to minimize odors and fumes.
