What makes WrightDavis different than many of our competitors?
Compensation: We have a straight-forward compensation plan. We only have 2 fees. Our tenant placement fee is equal to 75% of the first month’s rent. Our second fee is the ongoing property management fee which equals 10% of the monthly lease rate. We have no other fees. No junk fees, no hidden fees, no surprises.
You Stay In Control: You make the final decision to accept or deny each and every applicant.
No Risk Contract: Cancel our service at any time. Unsatisfied with our service? Cancel our contract without cause or penalty.
You Only Pay For Results: You only pay a tenant procurement fee if we place an agreed upon qualified tenant.
Tenant Selection: Our extensive background check will tell you everything you need to know about who is applying to rent your property. You will know each applicant’s criminal history, eviction history, income sources and rental history.
Decreased Vacancy Time: Don’t wait until your units are rent ready to bring them on the market. We are experts in pre-renting non-rent ready units.
