Haven’t posted in a while and lost a few projects we did from the storms on an old phone 🤦‍♂️
These two jobs were water damaged sub floors that created bouncy/weak floors. Removed flooring and damaged sub flooring. Beefed up the framing on any flooring we exposed and replace with new OSB sub floor. New flooring and trim look 👍👍
