I have a client coming to town 19-21th. They want to leave here with something in escrow !!
They are paying cash and looking up 3m for a house WITH guest house within 5-10 miles of the beach and walking trails nearby . It does not have to big, a cottage is fine.. it just needs to be updated (turnkey ).
If it’s a fixer , they have a much lower budget but quite honestly, really don’t want to deal with that.
Looking from Oceanside down to Torrey Pines.
