Perception/conditioned belief: our shadow is the “dark”, “bad” part of us. We must push it down and stay away from it as if it has something you can “catch”! When I’m actually it is a part of you that should be celebrated and understood, it holds so many answers for you, so many gifts are just waiting to be opened! Your shadow is never leaving you! It holds treasures for you and will always show up to deliver! As you rise in your awareness of you, your shadow will rise too, and that’s okay! Don’t be fearful, open the door and let it in! 11/03/2022

In conversation today, I could feel the anger and frustration rising while they spoke about things not being done “correctly” … causing them to not be able to do their thing “correctly” and being ready to walk away in that frequency of anger/disappointment/frustration. My simple offering was this: The river doesn’t anger when there is a rock or boulder in it’s way… it doesn’t stop flowing, it simply moves around it. This gave them pause. This is the work that brings me joy! What boulders are you allowing to stop your flow? 🧡 10/29/2022
