Push Day normally consists of chest, shoulders, and triceps. Aiming for around 6-12 reps per movement with 1-2 RIR.
Make sure you’re in a good position to leverage the targeted muscle tissue during each movement. Try closing your eyes and focusing on feeling the movement to build that mind to muscle connection before increasing the weight being used.
