Hey everyone ahead and book your child before the 1st of each month!!! Let’s Get To Work!!!

Hello everyone I hope all is well. I’m stepping out on Faith and I’m going to be starting a program training boys and girls from ages 5-11 called X-Factor Training. These ages are crucial and to have the knowledge and work ethic before they get in the middle school is always great when trying out for teams. This has been on my heart for a couple of years and I’m extremely excited to teach and train kids especially in our community.

Training will consist of speed drills, proper tackling drills, agility drills, pass/catching drills, a mixture of running back, blocking, DL/OL and defensive back drills as well. If your child has a specific sport they play I will implement specific drills for that as well for everyone.

Tackling drills will definitely be beneficial for the kids that are moving from the flag football league to tackle football.

The goal is to improve footwork, ball handling, change in direction, and technique.

DAWGS is the Acronym I’ll be implementing to the kids.

D- Discipline
A- Attitude
W- Win
G- Grit
S- Sportsmanship

Ages 5-7 ($55/Month) Training Mon/Wed 4:30pm-5:30pm

Ages 8-11 ($65/Month) Training Mon/Wed 5:45pm-6:45pm

Contact me for kids that are above the age of 11.

Training will be on the field at the Generation Park in Thomaston, Ga.

I will be starting on Monday March 3rd 2025
