Sayge Capital

Sayge Capital is thrilled to announce the acquisition of the Wildwood Inn hotel in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado. Sayge will now serve as the asset manager, partnering with Life House who will serve as the day-to-day operator.

This is a special property tucked in the mountains above the town of Estes Park, just outside of the gates to Rocky Mountain National Park. Last weekend we celebrated the acquisition with a Friends and Family weekend topped off by a ribbon cutting ceremony.
