ProMD Health is hiring a Lead Aesthetic & Wellness Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) for our Annapolis and Timonium offices.

After 15 years building this practice, we know exactly who we're looking for: a provider who is driven by the income this role can generate and by the medicine in equal measure. One doesn't work here without the other.
You'd be a strong injector (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, fillers, Sculptra) who is equally at home in wellness and longevity: hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight management, peptides, and real conversations that get to the root of how someone wants to look and feel. You step into an established patient base and grow
your own book on top of it.

$150,000 base + uncapped monthly commission. Strong performers readily reach $300,000+. Full benefits, and a real seat at the table as we grow.

This isn't a churn-and-burn med spa. Every patient gets four things from us: safety, psychological soundness, financial honesty, and a conservative hand. Do that well, patient by patient, and everything else follows.
