A BIG thank you to
Abby’s schedule has been grueling recently. Her back started to get tight and sore about a week ago. She’s pushed through four more practices since then, but today the discomfort was a bit too much. So we reached out to Vinnie to get an appointment for some EPAT treatment. By the end of the EPAT session Abby felt a ton of relief and her range of movement was improved. She’s taking the night off to give it some more rest but this treatment is an absolute game changer!
If you suffer from extremely sore muscles, pulled muscles, tight muscles, knots, etc I would HIGHLY recommend going to LifeMed for a session. We will be back for one more session before nationals next week.
