Smoked steamed Chesapeake Blue Crabs and BBQ Shrimp for dinner tonight. Two thumbs up for sure. Miss Mary Seafood

Pork Belly Burnt Ends for the 4th. Total pork belly smoked was a little over 12lbs, close to 8lbs of pork belly and the rest was cut into stripes. Didn't get a final picture of the strips.

Pork Belly Burnt Ends to take a friend'sater today. Alps, cut the rest of the belly into stops and smoking them for later.

First BBQ competition practice, chicken thighs. Pretty pleased with the overall results. Needs some tweaks but I can work with that. Thank you Ryn Bruce for the pictures....

Smoked stuffed meatloaf with some Mac n Cheese and marinated cucumber n red onions. Got it done just before the rain started.

Sunday on the deck. My sister came over to hang out and have dinner. I fired up a Micallef Green Label. Dinner was some New Orleans BBQ Shrimp New Orleans BBQ Shrimp. Thank you for the picture of the shrimp.
