The amount of detail involved in cleaning a post-construction project is staggering; most people underestimate the task, thinking it’s just a matter of dusting. Sometimes the texture and grit of that dust require more than a single wipe to clean.

This was one of the units that took 16 Hours to clean. Food had to be scrapped off the kitchen floors.🧼 I didn’t feel it was clean until these surfaces were gone over multiple times due to the severity of the condition it was left in from the tenant. The before and after pictures just don’t do justice on the transformation of just the cleaning aspect of it. There were more I could have took but work had to be done. Some you just see before’s because I forgot to take after’s of everything.

Side Note: please check your dishwashers before you move out! If you’re going to leave it dirty okay, I can handle that. Cleaning out your 2 month old dirty unwashed dishes, is just disgusting and disrespectful for ANYONE to have to deal with! 🤢

After not feeling well for the past week, likely due to me overworking myself- If that’s even a thing! There were several days I didn’t sleep or lacked normal sleep hours while trying to prepare five properties for move-in before Christmas, with some of those preparations taking 16 hours, in addition to completing two remodels and accommodating seven regular clients before the arrival of family for the holidays, amidst the chaos of the holiday season and schedule. I have finally been able to rest and reset somewhat. I am thankful to have a busy workload and for that I am Blessed! For those of you who are waiting for responses THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND SUPPORT! Now that I have been able to mentally and physically recover, I will be responding within the next couple days! 😅🤪💪🙏
