They’re seeking ambitious, high-performing professionals with 3+ years of experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a consultative approach to sales. In this role, you’ll work closely with top-tier talent—founders, engineers, and researchers—guiding them through the U.S. visa process while building trust and credibility with a highly sophisticated audience.
What you'll do:
Lead 8–12 daily calls with prospective customers, advising on U.S. visa pathways
Close high-intent inbound leads, averaging ~5 deals per day
Manage follow-ups via email, answering questions and nurturing prospects through the funnel
Support go-to-market efforts, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and CRM optimization
Partner cross-functionally to improve and scale sales and operational processes
What they're looking for:
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., consultative sales, consulting, or relationship management)
Experience working with sophisticated audiences such as founders, engineers, or researchers
Strong background in multi-touch, consultative sales cycles
Proven ability to clearly explain complex topics and build trust quickly
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior experience as an Account Executive, Consultant, or VC Associate is a plus

What you'll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for 8–12 partner law firms, managing communication and case updates
Oversee a high-volume caseload of 120–220+ pre-litigation personal injury matters
Lead and direct a pod of case managers across functions (e.g., medical records, police reports)
Conduct daily case reviews, triage priorities, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Prepare and review demand packages for quality, accuracy, and completeness before submission
What they're looking for:
8–15+ years of personal injury experience, with a focus on high-volume pre-litigation caseloads
Proven ability to manage 100+ active PI cases simultaneously
Experience across both pre-litigation and litigation
Background as a primary point of contact for attorneys and external stakeholders
Strong experience drafting and reviewing demand packages
Familiarity with PI case management systems (e.g., Litify, Filevine) preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a high degree of ownership
Personal injury pre-litigation experience required
Has managed 100+ active cases simultaneously
