I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my morning routine, so here’s a look:

4:15 AM: Wake up, coffee, and devotional time until 4:45.
4:45 AM: Listen to a Blinkist book during my first warm-up walk. This month, I’m diving back into Brené Brown’s inspiring works. • 5 miles done before 6 AM!
• 6:00 AM: A hot breakfast with my husband and 9-year-old—a moment to slow down and enjoy family time.
• 7:00 AM: Ready for work, review tasks, plan the day, and hit the ground running!
