In Rhythmic Riding we use the physiology of the horse to address the physiology of the human....
The rhythmic, patterned, repetitive nature of riding a horse with the addition of music helps the brain to reorganize and make better sense of the chaos it's barraged with during our fastpaced and hectic daily lives.
