CENTRAL STATION MANAGER
Command Alarm Monitoring, located in Troy, MI, is seeking an experienced Central Station Manager. We are a leader in the security industry; a CSAA certified Five Diamond central station, providing nationwide alarm monitoring.

Due to a retirement, we have an immediate need to fill this position.
Responsibilities for this position are, but not limited to:
• Manage day to day operations of our 24/7/365 call center
• Manage, motivate, and train call center employees
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for all shifts
• Monitor calls, and handle call overflow from dispatchers as needed
• Enforce all company policies and procedures
• Responsible for updating and maintaining required licenses
• Report directly to the Director of Central Station Operations and Company President
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent. College degree is strongly preferred
• Five years related experience, preferably in an alarm call center environment
• Strong knowledge of call center management
• Security industry experience a plus!
• Experience providing exceptional customer service
• Strong technical and organizational skills
• Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of alarm monitoring software systems
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Available to work weekends and evenings, as needed
