Balanced Home Care is looking for a ON CALL caregiver to float shifts at any of our 6 our Southeast MI Independent Senior Living

Farmington Hills
Novi
St Clair Shores
Madison Heights
Sterling Heights

Pay: $16/hour for shifts worked
WEEKLY PAY!

You will receive a $200 on call bonus for the 5 days on call. Whether you get called into work or not, you will receive this bonus.

WEEKLY PAY!

Choose your own on-call schedule! Any shifts or days each month. Completely flexible. You are paid for the shifts you pick up.

The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of RECENT facility caregiving experience. You must have your own reliable transportation as this is a traveling position.

If you work another job full time this is not the position for you.

Balanced Home Care is seeking independent and highly motivated individuals for the role of

Full-Time Site Supervisor for our Independent Senior Living Facilities.

Job Requirements:

· 1 year or more of senior living facility experience (independent, assisted living or group home)

· 1 year or more of staff supervision and shift scheduling experience

· Strong Med Pass experience required. Quick MAR/EMAR preferred.

· Shift flexibility required, including every other weekend.
Must have outstanding customer service and a positive can-do attitude.

· Looking for leadership, empathy, teamwork and professionalism.

· Must be a team player and dedicated to providing excellent care for our Senior residents.

Job Description:

· The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Balanced Home Care caregiving team

·Responsible for coordinating training for newly hired caregivers

·Responsible for creating monthly schedules and on-call schedules for Direct Care Staff

· Carry out performance reviews, report payroll/timesheets, disciplinary actions/write-ups, terminations, etc.

· Coordinate frequently with the corporate office and executive administration team

· Creating and distributing Set Sheets,

· Assessments of Residents

· Cover shifts in case of call-ins, staffing, etc.
Will work on the floor at least 4 days per week

· Ensuring all Balanced Home Care policies and procedures are followed

Primary Duties:

Provide personal assistance: bathing, dressing, personal grooming and hygiene, toileting, transfers, any other non-medical basic care needed for our senior residents in an Independent Living setting.

Immediate Availability- Full time (30+ hours), Part Time, and Contingent Available.

Mornings 6a-2p
Afternoons 2p-10p
Midnights 10p-6a
