Dorothy Pallanes turned a small casita at Monterey Court into Dot Pallanesโ Indigenous Fashions (.pallanes), a shop offering alterations, repairs and custom designs rooted in Yoeme and Southwestern culture ๐๏ธ๐๐
NOW OPEN!! New greek frozen yogurt shop opened near the University of Arizona๐ฆ๐จ๐
opened June 1 at 800 E. University Blvd., offering imported yogurt, elevated toppings and a Mediterranean inspired atmosphere. The family owned business hopes to become a gathering place for students and the Tucson community.

A Tucson woodworking experiment is heading to New York Fashion Week! ๐ชต๐ชพ๐๐
TimberTote is a local company known for its signature wooden purses, was invited to showcase its designs at New York Fashion Week this September. ๐๐๐๏ธ
Before taking their collection to New York, theyโre giving Tucson a first look. TimberTote will host a fundraiser fashion show on Aug. 14 to help cover travel costs and celebrate the community that supported them from the beginning. ๐๏ธ๐ต๐ชต
