Our Story

MWBE Veteran Owned Construction Company, G.S.M. Painting & Decorating Corp specializing in Restoration & Renovation of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Properties, started as Painting & Decorating Company formed as a Delaware Corp in NYC in 1980. Projects awarded this African American Woman owned business escalated to a General Construction business by 1983 with name change to G.S.M. Construction Corp.

Completed projects in NYC and Westchester County, NY and landed projects in rural SW Georgia in the 90’s where The Corporation is still Headquartered today. Several SW Georgia County licenses line the walls of the NY Office to attest to the success of the professional services this business has provided for over 3 decades.

Gin-Sue Enterprises, LLC is the succession business that operates in Buffalo & Niagara Falls, NY USA, today since 2013........We gratefully acknowledge our crews, suppliers, vendors, clients, customers, consultants, and those that have passed their knowledge and craftsmanship on to the younger ones and left us in better shape when they passed over for all of us to benefit, grow and to prosper.
