After digging in, I was able to identify the issue and help him receive a full refund from the insurance company. No one would’ve known if I didn’t go — but I would’ve known.

I also take time to pray over my business daily — for wisdom, for integrity, and for every single person I get to serve. And when I hear that one of my members is facing something heavy, I pray for them too. Because this job isn’t just about insurance — it’s about people.
