We’re breaking down foods that actually pack even more fiber and how to think about fiber in a realistic way.
👉🏾A “good source” of fiber = 2.5–4.9 grams
👉🏾A “high source” = 5 grams+ per serving
With a daily goal of 25–38 grams, aiming for ~5 grams per meal/snack is a great way to get there without overthinking it.
Some of my favorite high-fiber foods:
🍓 Raspberries (8–9 grams per cup!)
🥦 Asparagus
🫘 Lentils
🍠 Sweet potatoes with cayenne + cinnamon (Yummers)
Fiber doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to be consistent 💛
