One of the homes I closed this week was an amazing transaction. My buyer had been looking for a while. We made an offer on a home, but it was contingent and, well... we lost it after four days. It kind of took the wind out of their sails.

Fast forward, and I stumbled across this home, which was coming soon. I sent it to my buyer and set a calendar reminder to schedule the showing for the day the house became active. We saw it, and we all fell in love. We wrote the offer, and it was accepted!
