A quick update as we head into the busy season:

✨ May is completely booked, and June is already filling fast. Summer always brings a big wave of shave‑downs, travel plans, and last‑minute grooming needs, so I highly recommend scheduling your dog’s 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞–𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 appointments now.

A small favor that makes a big difference:
When I send you available appointment times, please try to reply as quickly as possible. Many spots are being claimed within the same day, and delayed responses make it hard for me to move through inquiries and keep everyone scheduled smoothly.

🚫 Important Change: 𝐍𝐨 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞/𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬
To keep the salon running safely and calmly, all pups must now be picked up within 1 hour of their groom being finished. Any extra time after that will be a $𝟑𝟎/𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞.
This helps prevent barking, messes, and the risk of your freshly groomed dog getting soiled while waiting.

As we enter 2026, I will be making an important adjustment to Stay Puff Grooming Lounge pricing. Like many small businesses, rising operating costs have significantly increased over the past year. This includes essential expenses such as:

- Rent & utilities
- High-quality shampoos and conditioners
- Pet-safe cleaning products & pesticides
- Equipment replacement and maintenance
- and continuing education

This pricing adjustment is necessary so that I can continue providing the level of care, safety, and comfort that your dogs deserve — without cutting corners, rushing through grooms, or compromising quality.

At Stay Puff Grooming Lounge, I believe every dog deserves patience, compassion, and individualized attention — and that means proper time, proper products, and proper standards.

These are the updated starting prices by size:

Small Dogs (12” or less): $60-70
Medium Dogs (13”–16”): $75-80
Large Dogs (17”–20”): $85-95
XL Dogs (21”–27”): $95
XXL Dogs (28”+ or over 90 lbs): $110-120

𝑃𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡𝑒: Pricing may increase based on coat condition, behavior needs, time required, and special handling (matting, extra brushing/dematting, specialty cuts, etc.). I will always communicate clearly if your dog needs additional time or services.

I understand that for some clients, this may feel like a large increase — and I truly appreciate your understanding. This change allows me to continue offering the calm, safe, high-quality grooming experience that Stay Puff is known for.
