For over 2 years this homeowner dealt with water intrusion that flooded her kitchen during heavy rains.

During that time, the roof was replaced, drainage improvements were made, and multiple contractors inspected the issue. Several believed it was a foundation problem, but the leak continued.

When we were brought in, we didn’t want to guess. Water can travel in unexpected ways, so we took the time to investigate and identify the actual point of entry before recommending repairs.

We found that under her neighbors deck there was failed stucco that was allowing water to pe*****te the exterior wall system. After completing the repairs, we waited for Mother Nature to do her thing.

Following last night’s storms and the heavy rain this morning, the homeowner reported that for the first time in two years, her kitchen stayed completely dry.

The solution still required an investment, but it was an investment in the right repair, not another failed attempt.

Sometimes the most valuable thing a company can provide isn’t a quick answer, it’s taking the time to find the correct one.

We built and painted these custom cabinets to create a clean, modern focal point while adding functionality and organization to this office space. The rich dark finish, integrated media area, and custom fit give the office a polished, professional look that reflects the quality of service their clients expect.

It’s amazing how the right custom cabinetry can completely transform a room😍

A good example of why “small” jobs don’t always mean cheaper

We’re “only painting 3 cabinets” in this office, but the amount of preparation required before we can even start painting is significant. Every desk, table, chair, every wall including the very hard to reach walls on the side of the cabinets, and every electronic had to be carefully protected. Doors and hardware were removed, and the entire area had to be properly masked and prepped to ensure a clean, professional finish.

What sounds like a simple project has taken 3 efficient crew members from 8:30 this morning until probably 6:00 PM tonight just to complete the prep work before the first coat of primer can be applied.

A lot of times, the smaller the project doesn’t mean the cheapest, or the easiest. In fact majority of the time when i run into the most headaches, it’s on the “smaller” projects. There’s still the planning, preparation, protection of surrounding areas, and attention to detail are often what take the most time. Every project is different, and there is usually much more happening behind the scenes than most people realize. I pride myself in NOT being the company who cuts corners, who’s not the cheapest on every estimate, not being the company that doesn’t put any care into what they do or how it effects other aspects. We do s**t the right way or we won’t accept the work because at the end of the day my name and my word is more important than anything 🤙🏼

We prepped the exterior of this home, fixed wood rot, sealed around windows and trim and finished it with some fresh paint. Wait until you see everything we did to the interior 😎

Yesterday we checked for high and low points during our prep before installing new LVP. We found a high point in the floor that needed to be fixed and if it weren’t for that, we would’ve never found this damage. We were in the middle of discussing some of the unforeseen issues we found and what the plan was to correct them and we both spotted the termite damage at the same time and knew it wasn’t gonna be a fun day🫪

What a transformation 🔥
Custom built-ins and floating shelves, beautiful basket weave tile, custom stain matching and fresh paint brought this fireplace wall completely back to life. The dark stain against the bright tile and cabinetry turned out CLEAN 🤌🏻
