Abruzzo, where our family's recipes come from, runs from the mountains down to the Adriatic coast. Abruzzi by the Sea is our nod to the coastal side: shrimp, scallops, mussels and mushroom caps with Roma tomatoes, sauteed in white wine and lemon butter over a bed of linguini.
