Helpless Hounds

Artemis has been living with her foster for about 6 weeks now, and the update is: she's still perfect.

She was also recently cat tested and did great!

Her foster admits she's been hard not to keep- and that she's the only dog she misses while on vacation. That's not a small thing to say about a dog you're supposed to be temporarily housing AND you have two dogs of your own AND you're literally at Disney.

In the meantime, Artemis has been easy everywhere she's landed- she just slots in. Great in her crate, good about her toys, and relaxed with other dogs. She's the kind of puppy whose size and personality makes you forget she's a puppy.

Artemis is floppy and goofy and deeply committed to being a good girl. She loves to be loved and loves to love back. She lights up with a full body smile and acts like spending time together is the best thing that's happened all day. Every time. She photographs beautifully and somehow looks even prettier in person.

Artemis is a gorgeous girl who deserves a family as devoted to her as she'll be to them.
