This National Women’s Health Week, remember: your health matters, and your voice does too.
From annual checkups to asking questions and seeking second opinions, taking an active role in your healthcare can make a meaningful difference. The HHS Office on Women’s Health shared helpful reminders about preparing for appointments, advocating for yourself, prioritizing self-care, and staying informed about your health.
A few takeaways:
• Write down questions and symptoms before appointments
• Be open and honest with your healthcare provider
• Know your rights as a patient
• Follow up on tests, referrals, and treatment plans
• Prioritize both physical and mental health
At MyHealth, we believe informed, connected care helps empower healthier communities across Oklahoma.

Spring in Oklahoma means blooming trees, warmer days… and allergy season.
If you’re dealing with itchy eyes, sneezing, or that constant “is it allergies or a cold?” feeling, you’re definitely not alone.
This time of year can be beautiful, but it can also be a little rough on sinuses. A little extra rest, hydration, and fresh air (when you can tolerate it) can go a long way.
Here’s to enjoying the season, pollen and all.
