My Tea With God

Every season gives us a choice: trust God or fight the process. I’m choosing faith over fear, trust over complaining, obedience over resistance.

“The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”

Stay faithful.
God has a reason for this season.
You are safe in His hands.

When God puts something on your heart, it’s because it’s already on His. He’s inviting you into what He’s feeling, seeing, and doing. He’s good like that.

“For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭13‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Hope is a thing of extraordinary power, it feeds our soul, steadies us, strengthens us, anchors us and reminds us of God’s faithfulness.

If we will let it, it can show us which way to go, and it can help us move from darkness into light. Sadness into joy. Fear into trust. Weariness into strength.

Hope steadies us when life feels uncertain or overwhelming, and it reminds us that God is still working even when we can’t see it yet.

If you’ve been waiting on a promise from God for a long time, remember this: He never forgets us and He never fails us. He is always — ALWAYS — working on us, in us, or for us. He is a good, good Father.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Thank You, God, for the power of Your hope. Help me lean into it, hold onto it, and let it strengthen me as I wait with patience. Amen.
