Unwind and stretch out with Tulsa Opera's FREE Aria Yoga flow class, today and every Tuesday through mid-October from 6:00-6:45 PM . This free, fun, relaxing class is set to gorgeous opera music and is open to all ages and levels.

We usually meet in River Parks in the grassy area near 17th and Riverside, but tonight it's a bit wet so we're moving indoors to the Laven Sowell Opera Center, 1610 S. Boulder Ave. Bring your mat (we have a few extra to share!) and water, and come flow with us.

The Laven Sowell Opera Center is closed today in observance of Memorial Day. Our Box Office reopens Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Spring is springin' in Tulsa with rainy, cool weather, so today's Aria Yoga will move indoors to Baden Hall at the Laven Sowell Opera Center, 1610 S. Boulder Ave., Tulsa, OK 74119 at 6:00 PM. Join us for this relaxing, free flow class set to beautiful opera melodies!

Please bring your own yoga mat and water. We have a few mats available to borrow.
