In November of 2019, we purchased a piece of wild, untamed land. It had no water, no electric and not many signs of hope of ever being useable. It has been such an uphill climb.. we built this home hauling water in on farm trailers and with a small, terribly overused generator. We have so many subs to thank.. but mostly, I (Shannon), want to thank our faithful general contractor and my personal dear friend Brett Schlomann. We don’t always get the opportunity to build exactly what we would like. It was finally my turn. I love every inch of this build, and I can’t wait to begin the process of making it home.

This year has seen many changes for everyone, our business included. We have turned down many custom homes and have said goodbye to friends. As we look towards the end of summer, Brett and I are dedicated to the art of home building. Together we hope to bring years of stunning and out of the ordinary homes to life!

Today we said goodbye to over two and half years of struggle to carve this retreat out of the woods. It is warm and inviting, exciting and one of a kind.. it is our Fireside 2022. We hope you have enjoyed watching the build.
