Instead of asking for a lower price, we looked at other options.

The seller ended up helping with closing costs and buying down the interest rate.

The result?

Less money out of pocket at closing and a lower monthly payment.

That’s real money staying in their bank account.

Around here, we call that working smarter, not harder.

The truth is, the best deal isn’t always the cheapest house. It’s the one that makes the most sense for your family and your budget.

So I’m curious…
