Project Rebound at Stanislaus State

At the Cal State L.A. Project Rebound Symposium, we had the opportunity to meet FRANKY CARRILLO. Not only did we get to meet him, we had the chance to hear him share his amazing testimony.

Mr. Carrillo was wrongfully convicted and served over 20 years in prison. There is a documentary of the wrongful conviction available on Netflix.

Mr. Carrillo is now running for State Assembly, striving to make a change within the carceral system.

Last week we attended three New Student Orientations between the Turlock and Stockton Campuses. We shared the wonderful benefits, support, and services that come with our program. Students were intrigued and anxious to get involved.
