BIG NEWS for I Am Beautiful Movement™
Destini Jordan is officially the Executive Director of I Am Beautiful Movement.
Twelve years ago, all I wanted was to help girls feel confident and create meaningful experiences for mothers and daughters. I did not worry about funding, structure, or strategy. I just followed Jesus, showed up with what I had, and God sent amazing people to help me build along the way.
Eventually, I learned what a nonprofit was and began to take it more seriously and continued to soar!

Destini and the new team were ready to take us to the next level. She said, “Mama, we need someone to walk us through this process the right way because we are new to the nonprofit leadership world.” And if you know Destini, you know she is a by-the-book, excellence-first type of leader. This is where the FLOURISHING BEGINS.

What makes this team so special is that every single one of these women has been connected to I Am Beautiful Movement from the early days. They have seen the heart, the growth, the struggles, and the evolution.💕
And now, IABM is officially stepping into a NEW season.
