In youth development and sports management, your organization is only as strong as your frontline leadership. Culture isn’t something you simply write on a whiteboard; it’s something you actively invest in, recognize, and reward.
Highlighting an incredible milestone from our inaugural FCSC Golden Goal Night fundraiser: honoring Olivia Bays as our Female Coach of the Year. What makes this award incredibly special to me as a founder is that it was entirely peer-voted by our coaching and support network.
Retaining high-caliber coaching talent is the absolute engine behind long-term development. Olivia's record with our U8 and U10 squads speaks for itself, but the mentorship and standard of excellence she provides off the pitch is where the true organizational value lies.
Following the immense success of this year's fundraiser, we are already executing our strategy for Golden Goal Night 2027. In the meantime, our commitment to community impact continues with our upcoming FCSC Summer Camps.

Now that tryouts are wrapping up, it's time to expose the truth about how the youth soccer "machine" actually works.
A lot of big metro clubs talk a big game about player development, but their real strategy is just plucking talent to win immediate trophies while maximizing their rosters for profit. They count the checks for that 18th and 20th player on the bench, while completely ignoring that player's actual development and game-day minutes.
At Franklin County Sports Club, we refuse to treat your kids like a transaction. We are in the player development business. Our goal isn't to stack rosters for revenue; it's to provide the coaching, environment, and real playing time your athlete needs to actually improve.
