1. Classic Marble Cake
Ingredients:
• 1½ cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Sugar
• ½ cup Butter (softened)
• ½ cup Milk
• 3 Eggs
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
• 1½ teaspoons Baking Powder
• 1 pinch Salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Add vanilla extract.
4. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to batter alternately with milk.
5. Divide batter into two bowls. Mix cocoa powder with 2 tablespoons milk and add to one bowl.
6. Spoon vanilla and chocolate batters alternately into the pan. Swirl gently with a knife.
7. Bake for 40–45 minutes. Cool before slicing.
2. Marble Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1¼ cups Sugar
• 1 cup Butter
• 4 Eggs
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
• 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease bundt pan well.
2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
3. Add eggs one by one, then vanilla.
4. Mix in flour and baking powder alternately with milk.
5. Divide batter; add cocoa powder to half.
6. Pour batters alternately into pan and swirl.
7. Bake 45–50 minutes. Let cool before removing.
3. Chocolate Marble Loaf Cake
Ingredients:
• 1¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
• ¾ cup Sugar
• ½ cup Butter
• ¼ cup Sour Cream
• ½ cup Milk
• 3 Eggs
• 3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
• 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
• 1½ teaspoons Baking Powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease loaf pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
4. Mix flour and baking powder; add with milk.
5. Divide batter; add cocoa powder to one part.
6. Layer and swirl batters in pan.
7. Bake 45 minutes. Cool completely.

2. Philly: Sauté peppers/onions. Brown beef. Layer on rolls with cheese. Brush with garlic butter. Bake at 350°F (15 min covered, 5 min open).
3. Ham & Cheddar: Layer ham and cheese on rolls. Brush with Dijon butter. Bake at 350°F (15 min covered, 5 min open).
4. Italian Sub: Chop meats/veggies; mix with dressing. Layer on rolls with cheese. Brush with garlic butter. Bake at 350°F (15 min covered, 5 min open).
5. Breakfast: Cook sausage, bacon, and eggs. Layer on rolls with cheese. Brush with butter. Bake at 350°F (15 min covered, 5 min open).
6. Pot Roast: Layer roast and gravy on rolls with cheese. Brush with butter. Bake at 350°F (15 min covered, 5 min open).Dip in au jus
Homemade Roll Recipes
1.Homemade Cinnamon rolls
Dough: Bloom yeast in warm milk and sugar. Knead with eggs, butter, flour, and salt until smooth.
Rise: Let dough double in size (about 1 hour).
Assemble: Roll into a rectangle, spread with butter/cinnamon-sugar, roll up, and slice.
Bake & Finish: Bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes. Top with glaze while warm.
2️⃣ Garlic Butter Soft
Dough: Bloom yeast in warm milk/sugar; knead with egg, butter, flour, and salt.
Rise: Let double in size (1 hour).
Shape: Divide into 12 rolls, place in pan, and rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake & Finish: Brush with half the garlic butter. Bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes. Brush with remaining butter before serving.

1. Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup butter (softened)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
2. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
3. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
4. Add flour and baking soda, mix into a dough.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Scoop onto a lined tray and bake 10–12 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
2. Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
2. Mix peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add egg and mix well.
4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Roll dough into balls, press with a fork.
6. Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup oats
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
2. Cream butter and sugars together.
3. Add egg and mix.
4. Stir in flour and cinnamon.
5. Fold in oats and raisins.
6. Bake 12–14 minutes until edges are golden.
Pistachio Almond Loaf Cake
✅ Ingredient :
115 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ heaping cup caster sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs, at room temperature
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup ground pistachios (about 1 tbsp less than full)
¾ cup almond flour
¼ cup milk (add a few tbsp more if the batter feels too thick)
Sliced pistachios, for topping
Instructions :
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and lemon zest until light and fluffy.
3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, ground pistachios, and almond flour.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined. The batter should be thick but pourable—add a little more milk if needed.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
7. Sprinkle sliced pistachios evenly on top.
8. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Blueberry Loaf Cake
✅ Ingredients :
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
½ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups blueberries
Instructions :
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine the milk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.

Banana and Biscuit Cake: No-Bake Dessert
Preparation:
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
Break biscuits into small pieces and layer them in the bottom of a dish.
Spread a layer of the banana mash, followed by a layer of the cream mixture.
Repeat layers, ending with the cream mixture on top.
Optionally, dust with cocoa powder and sugar and blow torch it for caramelized texture
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
