I’m checking in to see how you’re all doing with our Gratitude Challenge. We’re officially two weeks in, and I want to thank each one of you who has shared the people, moments, and little joys you’re grateful for. Your messages truly warm my heart.
Have you noticed any positive shifts yet?
For me, something beautiful happens when I intentionally put my energy into writing or saying what I’m grateful for — it becomes a little treasure hunt. Throughout the day, I catch myself looking for things to appreciate, no matter how small. It helps me stay more present, more grounded, and so much more positive.
