Crazy to think where I was just a year ago!!! I was looking to change the trajectory of my career and how many people I can help along the way. Like who does that? 🙋🏻♂️

Motivation Monday! Today might be harder than yesterday but I know you have more fight left in you!
5 years ago - I was in a dark place so dark that I really didn’t see much hope at the end of the tunnel.
Just know you aren’t the only one that goes through tough times - find people in your corner that are willing to push you to your max potential!

They say it takes 21 days to start a new habit - well I’m glad I committed to going to the gym early, because my blood 🩸 is pumping 💪🏼 and I feel more energetic ⚡️ throughout the day!
I just got back from a mindpower reset 🧠 with Steph and Shae and I have come to realize what was holding me back and that it’s time to go after it! 🏃♂️ The brain is a power tool 🛠 and sometimes we forget how powerful it is - I’m guilty of it too!
