We're looking for a customer-focused Resident Coordinator to manage the resident experience from move-in to move-out while supporting lease renewals and tenant communications.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to resident inquiries and escalate issues when needed
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• Send lease agreements and renewal documents through RentVine
• Coordinate inspections and maintain accurate records
• Review invoices and support property managers with administrative tasks
• Contact residents before lease expiration to discuss renewal options

Requirements
✔ Experience in property management or tenant relations preferred
✔ Familiarity with RentVine or similar property management software
✔ Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
✔ Knowledge of Fair Housing is a plus
